Service descriptions and prices are informational. The scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, investment and payment terms that apply are those in the accepted proposal or contract for each engagement.
Client-provided content
The client remains responsible for the accuracy, usage rights and compliance of the content, data, images and access credentials provided for a project.
Intellectual property
Rights relating to deliverables, pre-existing tools, third-party licences and reusable components must be specified in the project contract. This provision requires legal review aligned with Cliqweb Solutions’ actual practices.
Third-party services
A project may depend on third-party services such as hosting, payments, email or APIs. Their availability, pricing and terms may change independently of Cliqweb Solutions.
Warranties and results
Cliqweb Solutions commits to providing the contracted services with care. No search ranking, revenue, inquiry volume or other specific business result is guaranteed.
Limitation and termination
Liability limits, suspension, termination, refund and dispute terms must be defined in each engagement contract and legally reviewed before use.
